Add your items to the cart, then click "Checkout." Follow the steps, fill in your information, and choose your delivery and payment method.
You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at chouetteofficiel@gmail.com.
Check your spam. If you can't find it, contact us at chouetteofficiel@gmail.com with your name and order date.
Your invoice is sent by email after your order is confirmed. You can also find it in your customer area.
Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days. Belgium and Luxembourg: 4 to 7 business days.
Delivery is free for purchases over €60 in mainland France. Below this amount, shipping fees starting from €4.90 apply.
You have 30 days from receipt to return an item. Contact us at chouetteofficiel@gmail.com with your order number.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal.
